What The American Wrestler, The Undertaker, Told Me To Always Do – Omogbehin, Nigerian WWE Star
Tolulope Omogbehin, Nigerian World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) Star, has revealed what Mr. Mark William Calaway popularly known as the Undertaker in the wrestling circle told him when he met him couple of years back.
According to the Nigerian giant, he disclosed that Undertaker told him that he must ensure that he does everything to protect his size stressing that that his giant frame distinguishes him from other wrestlers.
Omogbehin whose professional name is Omos stated that winning a scholarship back then gave him an opportunity to travel to United States when he was fifteen years old without any of his family members accompanying him. He said his parents had to allow him to go alone when US embassy did not granted them visa.
Omos stated that he started as a Basket Ball player in the US before he switched to wrestling.
While speaking with newsmen recently in Nigeria, the heavily built wrestler also revealed that he attended Maryland Primary School in Lagos.
While shedding more light about his childhood days and professional career during a WWE Press conference in Lagos recently, for the announcement of “The Search for Africa’s Next WWE Superstar Omos revealed that he grew up in Ketu, Alapere area of Lagos State..
Expressing himself in his native language, Yoruba, he said: “I grew up in Ketu, Alapere, which is just down the street. I went to Maryland private school. This is my home. I remember going to school and getting on the bus by 6am and coming back home.
“My primary school is around here and to think that I am here in a press conference to announce the search for Africa’s next WWE superstar is amazing.
“It is amazing that I am coming back home with WWE.”
Known as the WWE’s Nigerian giant and standing at an incredible 7ft. 3 inches, Omos has managed to establish himself as one of the most intimidating superstars in the industry.
In March 2021, he debuted on television at Wrestlemania 37, defeating the New Day (Koffi Kingston and Xavier Woods) alongside AJ Styles for the WWE Tag Team Championship.
